Delivery & Shipping Options

Below are the Shipping options you can expect when checking out your order:

FastWay Next Day - 48hr Courier Service - JHB / Gauteng Outlying / PTA / DBN / Bloemfontein / Polokwane / and Cape Town:
Select this option if you reside in the above areas ONLY. Please refer to the MAP to check if you fall within the available areas.

Johannesburg / Pretoria View this Map to see what areas are covered by this option.

Gauteng Outlying View this Map to see if your area is covered by this option. Please note the sections in Yellow.

DBN View this Map to see what areas are covered by this option.
*Please note that some areas in DBN can take up to 48Hrs.

Once payment has been received your parcel will be handed to the courier for next day delivery to your door. This option excludes weekends. Max 30kg

Rates: R55.00 for the first 15kg, thereafter the next 15kg an additional R15 (max 30kg).

Domestic Post Office Parcel / Normal Post:
Select this option for your package to be sent via the SA Post Office. Sending via the Post Office is safe and reliable.
This option takes between 3 - 5 days from dispatch and is the cheapest option. You will be sent a tracking number to track your parcel online with SAPO.

Speed Services:
Select this option if you need a small parcel delivered the next day. This option is limited to the size of a speed services bag and is up to 1kg. Cost is R65.00 / bag or per kg.

Courier: This option services any area within South African and takes any where from 24-48hrs for major centers and 72hrs for outlying destinations.
Starting price for this would be from R130 but we will work out a quote for you once we receive your order after you checkout.

Own Courier:
You may have an account with a courier company so selecting this option might work out a bit cheaper for you. We do however still need to package the items securely. A R15 packaging fee is added for this option. Drivers from companies or your own courier can collect during normal office hours by arrangement.

Collect From Edenvale:
Collection by private clients can be arranged from Edenvale, JHB.

Collection is available at the following times for private clients:

Weekdays: 17h00 - 20h00
Weekends: 10h00 - 18h00
By appointment only. Please contact Ian on 083 55 66 043 or email admin@reptilecity.co.za to confirm collection if you have not placed an order online.

If you are placing an order online, then on checkout you have the option to select the collection option.

The collection address will be issued after the order is placed or an appointment is made.

This option does NOT refer to collections made by drivers of companies or your own courier that you will arrange to collect from us. In this instance you need to select the "Own courier" option. The order in this instance is also packaged where in a private collection it is not.

Personal Delivery - JHB & PTA:

We are now offering a Personal Delivery From ReptileCity for customers in the JHB & PTA areas.

This option is where we use our own ReptileCity vehicle and deliver to you after hours or on weekends.

This is not a courier option. There are other courier options to choose from on checkout.

This is a chargeable service which we will quote you on after you have placed an order with us.

Quotes are worked out individually based on the distance from Edenvale, JHB.
